The NCBPA is being formed out of necessity. A standard set of rules needed to be established. For decades unwritten Regional Beer Pong rules prevailed and varied from frat house to sorierty house. The Official NCBPA set of rules will set a standard to witch all Collegiate Beer Pong will be played across the country, These rules will trump all UNPOSTED house rules.
